The short version
A booking form sends a request only. Care is confirmed when the business accepts the request and agrees the service, time and price. Tell the team about health, behaviour, access or safety information that could affect care.
Give as much notice as possible when plans change. No automatic cancellation fee is charged by Pet Care Deck. Any fee must be disclosed, agreed and reasonable. Your Australian Consumer Law rights cannot be excluded.
